Refund policy

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Non-Conformity to Contract"), provided that a request is made through the "Inquiry Form" within 7 days of receiving the product:

• Damage during shipping
• Quality issues compared to standard products
• Errors in quantity or other specifications
• Delivery of incorrect items
• Other cases specifically approved by the Company
