Terms of service
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") define the conditions for using the online shop (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by L’eclat Beauty Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") on this website. All registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are required to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
- These Terms apply to all relationships between the Users and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
- In addition to the Terms, the Company may establish various rules or provisions (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions") regarding the use of the Service. These Individual Provisions, regardless of their titles, constitute a part of these Terms.

Article 2 (User Registration)
- To use the Service, a prospective registrant must agree to the Terms, apply for registration using the method specified by the Company, and complete registration upon receiving approval notification from the Company.
- The Company may reject a registration application if the applicant falls under any of the following conditions. The Company is under no obligation to disclose the reason:
- If false information is provided during registration.
- If the applicant has previously violated the Terms.
- If the Company deems the application inappropriate for any other reason.
Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)
- Users shall manage their User ID and password for the Service at their own responsibility.
- Users shall not transfer, lend, or share their User ID and password with third parties under any circumstances. If a login is made using a User ID and password combination that matches the registered information, it will be deemed as use by the registered User.
- The Company is not liable for damages arising from third-party use of a User's ID and password, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
Article 4 (Sales Contract)
- A sales contract is established when a User applies for a purchase, and the Company sends an acceptance notification. Ownership of the product transfers to the User when the Company hands the product to the delivery carrier.
- The Company may cancel the sales contract without prior notice to the User if the User falls under any of the following conditions:
- Violation of the Terms.
- Failure to complete delivery due to unknown address or prolonged absence.
- Any action deemed to impair the trust relationship with the Company.
- Payment methods, delivery methods, cancellation procedures for purchase applications, and return methods shall be determined separately by the Company.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Copyright and other intellectual property rights to product images and other content (hereinafter referred to as "Content") provided by the Service belong to the Company or rightful owners such as content providers. Users shall not duplicate, repost, modify, or otherwise reuse the Content without prior permission.
Article 6 (Prohibited Actions)
Users shall not engage in the following actions when using the Service:
- Actions violating laws or public order and morals.
- Criminal activities.
- Infringement of copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights within the Service.
- Destroying or interfering with the Company’s servers or network functions.
- Commercial use of information obtained through the Service.
- Actions that hinder the operation of the Service.
- Unauthorized access or attempts thereof.
- Collecting or storing personal information of other Users.
- Impersonating other Users.
- Providing benefits to anti-social forces in connection with the Service.
- Other actions deemed inappropriate by the Company.
Article 7 (Suspension of Service)
The Company may suspend or interrupt the Service, in whole or part, without prior notice to Users if any of the following apply:
- Maintenance or updates of the computer system related to the Service.
- Difficulty providing the Service due to force majeure, such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or natural disasters.
- Accidents causing suspension of computers or communication lines.
- Other reasons where the Company deems providing the Service difficult.
The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damages suffered by Users or third parties due to such suspension or interruption.
Article 8 (Usage Restrictions and Deregistration)
The Company may restrict or cancel a User's access to the Service, without prior notice, if any of the following occur:
- Violation of any provision of the Terms.
- Discovery of false information in registration details.
- Suspension of credit card usage reported by the User.
- Non-payment of charges.
- Lack of response to Company communications within a specified period.
- Inactivity over a certain period.
- Any other reason deemed inappropriate by the Company.
The Company shall not be responsible for any damages caused by actions taken under this Article.
Article 9 (Withdrawal)
Users may withdraw from the Service by completing the prescribed withdrawal procedure.
Article 10 (Disclaimer and Warranty)
The Company does not guarantee the absence of defects, errors, bugs, or infringements in the Service and shall not be liable for damages incurred by Users, except as stipulated by consumer protection laws.
